Part of the purpose of the Franklin Junto is to focus on solutions to common problems.  While the Junto is agnostic about what the solutions are, we feel strongly that careful thinking and deliberate policy can have important impacts.

As such, we’ve added a section of “solutions” to the website, meant to house a set of “policy papers” (sometimes called white papers).  They are never permanent (as good policy should improve over time) and the Junto doesn’t endorse any one paper or policy.  The authors fully own their work–it is their original work, and they are responsible for their own views.
